Parent and Carer Questionnaires

Talbot Primary School values the views of Parents and Carers and regularly seeks to gain a deeper understanding of what these might be. This helps us to adapt our processes where necessary or share information more effectively. One method for doing this is through regular surveys; however, Parents and Carers should always feel comfortable to raise matters, at any time of the year, so we can resolve them promptly.

Parent and Carer Survey - July 2025

Thank you very much to those parents and carers who completed the questionnaire this year.  We received 66 responses from across the school, from Nursery to Year 6 in June 2025.

The responses were overwhelmingly positive. Please rest assured that all comments are fundamentally valuable in supporting our continuing journey as a school.  We aim to be the best we can be, are guided by our commitment to ‘Courage, truth and loyalty,’ and are very appreciative of your support.  Many of your comments and responses will be integrated into our ongoing school improvement planning.

In order to effectively embed and ensure the views of our parents and carers continue to inform our journey as a school, we also establish bespoke working parties.  Recent examples include consultation of the proposed changes and updates to Relationship and Sex Education (see PHSE page for more details) as well as a communication group.
