PAFRAS
Positive Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers is a Leeds based charity, which helps people in desperate need.
Last year PAFRAS had 5,676 visits to their drop in, delivered 3,105 food parcels, delivered 720 toiletry packs, served 5,100 hot meals and their volunteers gave up 6,120 hours of their time. Additionally, PAFRAS has supported 479 individuals with issues like asylum claims, delivered 1,570 casework sessions, helped 103 people access legal advice and 43 people to access Home Office support.
Each year, our Harvest donations are collected for this local organisation, so that they can be distributed to families around Leeds. We are proud to be associated with them.
